The factory has been serving Turkish Defense Sector and manufactured thousands of powerpack of Allison X200-4(B), (4C) automatic transmissions and Detroit Diesel 6V53T heavy duty engines for Armoured Combat Vehicles and M113 family of vehicles upgrade and modernization programs the products are used by primarily Turkish, Malaysian and Saudi Arabian Armies with success. HST has production licenses from Allison Transmission Inc. for X200, X300 and X1100 family of cross-drive transmissions for Advanced Armoured Combat Vehicles and modern Tanks, Howitzers and Tank Modernization Programs including M60 tanks.
3040 MX TRANSMISSION Allison 3040 MX cross drive automatic transmission. 4 forward 2 reverse speeds, hydraulic power type braking, hydrostatically controlled-infinitely variable type steering. Up to 500-800 GHP (373-597 kW) input power, 3.000 rpm max. input speed and 35+ tons vehicle weight. It is for modern air defence, amphibious assault vehicles and NGLAVs.
X1100-5A4 Transmission Allison X1100-5A4 cross-drive hydraulically controlled automatic transmission. With torque converter, 4 forward 2 reverse speeds, hydraulic brake and hydrostatically controlled steering system. 1500 HP (1120 kW) power, Nominal Input Speed 3000 RPM, Nominal Input Torque 1537 Nm. Nominal Vehicle Weight 63.5 Tons. It is used in Next Gen Firtina howitzers.
X200-4C ALLISON TRANSMISSION Allison X200-4C cross-drive fully automatic electronically controlled transmission. With torque converter, 4 forward 2 reverse speeds, hydraulic brake and hydrostatically controlled steering system. Nominal input power 400 HP (298KW), nominal vehicle weight up to 18 tons, used for STA and KMC vehicles.
